I'm a native English speaker from Canada, and here's my whole teaching philosophy in one line: you don't learn to speak by studying - you learn to speak by speaking, a lot, with someone who makes it comfortable to get it wrong.
So that's what lessons with me are: real conversation, with gentle correction and the right word handed to you at the right moment. No textbooks, no grammar drills, no memorizing word lists you'll never use.
And because I run a business and build websites, professionals and developers get lessons with someone who actually speaks their language - meetings, clients, standups and all.
I'm TESL certified, and I've seen from my own language learning what it's like to understand everything and still be unable to speak. That feeling - and getting past it - is what lessons are for.
